The Division maintains a regional health related service directory. The directory is available to GPs to support general practice in the care and management of their patients. It is available in various formats, including access via this website.
Through a program of formal and informal education, the program promotes the benefits of IM/IT systems to GPs, practice staff and Practice Nurses.
The Shoalhaven Division of General Practice is an Argus Affinity Division. Argus Affinity is a program that supports Divisions of General Practice to build secure electronic clinical messaging connectivity within its region, utilising the Argus software.
More than 90% of general practitioners in the Shoalhaven have Argus installed.
